The Man Who Invented Swimming: Home

CD Cover and Back

*************************************************************************

Welcome to "The Man Who Invented Swimming".

This is Mick Brady’s debut album and contains ten original songs written and performed by Mick. They cover a wide range of themes from the light-hearted title song - a humorous celebration of the good things in life - through rockers like “Burning Up Rubber” to the movingly personal “I Hope They’re Together Tonight”, a song that deals with a mother’s lifelong pain after the death of her newborn child.

In “Ancient Feelings” a parent reflects the mixed emotions felt when a grown-up child leaves home. “She Used to Be A Girl With A Future” tells the story of a very liberated woman.

The website contains the complete lyric and audio of each song.
